| The Lenovo exclusive promotion "Get more screen" allows Qualifying Customers who are business end-user customers only with a legal presence and physical residence in the United Kingdom (“Participant”) to obtain a cashback provided certain criteria are met. Business end-user customers are companies / public sector without VAT ID or with VAT exempt turnover (incl. schools/universities/NPOs/government) or companies / public sector with VAT ID and VAT taxable turnover. |
| A cashback can be obtained for Qualifying Product(s) bought during the Promotional Period (October 2nd 2023 to June 30th 2024). Details of Promotional Periods and Qualifying Products are published on www.lenovo-promotions.com (“the Promotional Website"). |
| Purchase one (1) participating promotional product and one (1) warranty extension to participate and receive €100 cashback per bundle. Up to a maximum of 50 bundles. |
| The Lenovo promotional products have to be purchased from a reseller or/and on lenovo.com in the participating country. |

| Lenovo authorised resellers and distributors may not register for this Promotion on behalf of themselves, their customers or intermediaries. Resellers and distributors of Lenovo products may not participate in this Promotion. |
| The Promotion is only open to business end-user customers. |
| In order to be entitled to participate in the Promotion, the Participant must purchase the qualifying Lenovo promotional products during the Promotional Period, register the purchase and applies for participation by completing the application form on the Promotional website www.lenovo-promotions.com/en/morescreen once the legal return period of one week after purchase date is over and at the latest by midnight CET, July 31st 2024. Invalid, incomplete claims or claims which are not placed within the aforesaid timelines will be rejected. |
| The invoice or other valid VAT receipt must show the Lenovo qualifying promotional products and the date of purchase. |
| Participants must not send the original invoice / receipts, as these will not be returned. Proof of shipment or purchase is not evidence to claim under the Promotion. |
| Claim Forms must be submitted following the instructions on the Promotion Website. The Participant will receive confirmation of receipt of the Claim Form by email (“Confirmation email“) from Lenovo stating whether or not a cashback claim has been successful. |
| Participants who submit an incomplete Claim Form will be notified via email and requested to provide the required items within seven (7) days. If the Participant still fails to comply with the terms and conditions and provide the details requested, the claim will be rejected. |
| It is the Participant’s responsibility to contact the agent using the email address below within seven (7) days of their claim being sent if an email acknowledgement has not been received. |
| Payment will be performed by TechProtect GmbH, Max-Eyth-Straße 35, 71088 Holzgerlingen, Sitz der Gesellschaft: Holzgerlingen, Amtsgericht Stuttgart HRB 245394 on behalf of Lenovo within fifty-six (56) calendar days of the Confirmation email and only to the company name shown on the invoice supplied. Payments shall not be made to affiliates or related companies. Payments cannot be made to individuals. Neither Lenovo nor the TechProtect GmbH is responsible for any bank or other charges whatsoever incurred by eligible customer in relation to cashback payments. Payments will only be executed in £. |
| Provided that these terms and conditions have been met, Lenovo aims to pay the cashback by bank transfer within fifty-six (56) days after sending the Confirmation email to the customer. Lenovo is not liable for claims being processed outside this timeframe. |
| All instructions form part of these terms and conditions. By completing the claim form participants confirm their acceptance of these terms and conditions. |
| The cashback cannot be granted to the participant who: a) has not purchased a Lenovo Qualifying Product within the Promotional Period; and/or b) has not completed the claim form; and/or c) has not submitted all documents required for the participation; and/or d) has not submitted their claim form within the promotional period (Oktober 2nd 2023 to June 30th 2024) and at the latest on July 31st 2024, midnight; and/or e) revoked the purchase contract for the product; and/or f) has failed in any way to comply with these terms and conditions. |

| The rebate is inclusive of all taxes. Where this rebate payment constitutes a taxable benefit, all tax liability lies with the recipient |
| For business customers: The cash back is inclusive of Value Added Tax (VAT). Therefore you are required to reduce the input tax on your initial purchase with the VAT that is included in the cash back. |
| In the event of a product failing or being replaced during the cashback claim period and if the cashback claim has not been paid out, the original claim will be voided and the participant must re-submit their claim accordingly against their replacement order. If the product is returned after the cashback claim has been accepted and paid, it is at Lenovo’s discretion to deduct the cashback amount from any future refunds relating to this order. |
| This Promotion is not open to employees of Lenovo, their agents, distributors, resellers, retail staff, retailers, or anyone connected with the Promotion. |
| Claims where the products purchased will be resold or rented to a third party; purchases under Lenovo special bids and purchases of refurbished or reconditioned Lenovo computers are not eligible for this promotion. |
| This promotion may be combined with Lenovo Special Bids. Lenovo reserves the right to reject customers from participating in the promotion, where other Lenovo promotional offers or special pricing agreements have been already offered. Lenovo reserves the right to request additional information concerning the relevant transactions at any time and to reject requests for which the eligibility criteria are not met. |
| Lenovo reserves the right to disqualify incomplete, altered or illegible claims. No responsibility will be accepted for submissions which have been lost, or are late, damaged, misdirected, delayed in the post or insufficiently pre-stamped. Proof of posting will not be accepted as proof of delivery. |
| Lenovo is not responsible or liable for any technical, hardware, software, server, website, or other failures or damage of any kind to the extent that this prevents the participant from, or otherwise obstructs him/her in participating in the promotion. |
